My name is Aren Kugler and I am a queer disabled freelance artist locating in Bloomington, Indiana, the United States. I have three general types of products: wood and metal, fiber arts, and illustrations and designs. I try my very best to use recycled materials whenever possible to reduce my environmental impact, as well as biodegradable and completely natural materials. My most popular items so far are my black walnut hair sticks, my traditional fisherman's watch caps, and my digital art commissions.

Woodwork

Black walnut hair sticks (above) are one of my biggest sellers right now. I also make woodburned and/or carved pendants and charms for jewelry. My favorite finishes are walnut oil and shellac.

Digital Art

My digital art commissions have been my biggest seller by far, with several years' worth of commissions under my belt. Character portraits/scenes are the most commonly commissioned pieces.

Fiber Arts

I've sold a surprisingly large amount of my English fisherman's knit caps (above). The long body is perfect to fold the brim up to whatever length is desired, and adds a comfortable, snug feeling.
